Gas Services

We can service your heating system on a one off basis or provide you with a yearly service plan to minimize the possibility of a breakdown. All makes and models of equipment are catered for and required by law to have an annual gas safety check. Some models and site conditions may require a 6 monthly check.

During a routine service we will inspect other equipment in the plant room often neglected such as motorised valves, pumps, pipe work, ventilation, tanks, pressurisation units, air dirt separator, low loss header, etc, and will advise you of any remedial works necessary.

On completion we issue Gas Safe certificates and provide a computer printed Flue Gas Analysis.

We offer a commercial gas appliance service and maintenance agreement with annual or bi-annual servicing and planned preventative maintenance tasks; all of which ensure the optimum performance and maximum efficiency of the boiler system, with the aim of reducing overall repair costs and ‘down-time’.

We can also provide commercial gas installation safety certificates/reports. We will carry out a thorough inspection of your entire gas installation, and check components such as motorised valves, pumps, pipe work, ventilation, tanks, pressurisation units, air dirt separator, low loss header, etc,  and provide you with a detailed gas installation safety report and certificate once the check is complete. We will also notify you of any remedial work that may be required, and provide you with a quote for the works.
